Shipping Rates

• Shipping is based on total order weight. Yodel charges £2.20 per kg, and we pass on these savings to you.

• Small items like air fryer liners weigh only 200g, so shipping remains low even when you buy more!

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey.

Local Collection

For customers in the Romford, Havering area, we also offer a free local collection option. If you choose this option, we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pick-up.

If you’d like to exchange a product, simply return it within 7 days and we’ll happily exchange it for another item of your choice. Please note that:

• Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs for exchanges, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. 📦
• If the product is faulty, defective, or damaged, we will cover the return postage and send a replacement at no additional cost.
